Kerismuddin's antics

Kerismuddin refuses to meet a 30-member delegation made up of representatives from Pakatan Rakyat and NGOs today at Putrajaya disappointed after Home Minister Hishammuddin Hussein declined to accept their memo in person regarding the police shooting of unemployed single mom Norizan Salleh.
They were met by an unidentified batik-shirted man instead in the lobby to receive the memorandum on behalf of the minister.Norizan who was shot five times and beaten up by police after the car she was a passenger in was stopped by police on the MRR2, is claiming that attack on her was without reason and wrongful.
Hello Kerismuddin, you allow the cow head group from Subang to meet you in your office and even gave a press interview but this you do not want to meet. I thought you said that anyone can meet you to share their grievances just like your PM...aiyo what happened? It only applies to UMNO exclusive club members kah?

USM Foreign Student

I read this in the STAR today with astonishment, tell you why later.
An Iraqi, who is taking a doctorate at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in electronics engineering, was charged in the Magistrates Court here Friday with reckless driving and causing the death of a student at the university, Fadilah Abdul Halim, 27, last Thursday.Hamood Sheehab Hamid, 45, was charged with committing the offence driving in a reckless and dangerous manner, under section 41 (1) of the Road Transport Act 1987, at the traffic light exit to USM, at Jalan Transkrian about 9.45am.Hamood Sheehab Hamid, 45, is studying for a doctorate in electronics engineering.
However, no plea was recorded because Hamood could neither understand English nor Bahasa Malaysia!
What's so funny is, how come an Apex University like USM accepted an doctorate student who does not understand English? Hello bukan degree tau...doctorate, wow i wonder what is language of instruction? Let say his doctorate is research based, yet how does he do his research references as most of the materials are in English and not arabic or even bahasa malaysia or in what language does he write his thesis? Apex university or apek university? Bravo USM.

Najib's 1 Malaysia sabotaged by his own people II

As I said earlier that Najib does not need the opposition to sabotage his 1 Malasyia concept, his own government arm is good enough to do that.
The latest being an incident at cameron Highland where two political parties lodged separate police reports against a Cameron Highlands district office staff for uttering racial slurs against a group protestors who were unhappy with the performance of the district officer. PSM Cameron Highlands branch spokesperson Suresh Kumar told Malaysiakini that the first report was lodged by DAP Pahang state deputy chief J Appalasamy @ Simmathiri at the Kampung Raja police station Tuesday morning immediately after the incident and the other at Tanah Rata police station yesterday.
According to Suresh, one employee of the district office had uttered 'balik India (go back to India)' at the protestors while they were attempting to hand a protest memorandum to the assistant district officer Shaffirul Amree Awang Kechik.
The memorandum list out the grouses faced by low-income workers who are facing problems with obtaining Temporary Occupation Licences (TOL), petty-trader licences and low-cost housing.
Worst still it all happened in front of the Cameron Highland district police chief Wan Mohd Zahari Wan Busu! Wow...i guess some govenment officer can do anthing and get away with anything one...no police can stop them. I think most likely Suresh would be charged for disrupting public peace!

Mahathir changes his mind...again

Former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad said the proposal to allow direct membership in the BN should be considered as the situation has changed now and benefits will arise from such a move. The former BN chairperson and former Umno president said that the BN used to have such method in the past but problems started to arise when direct members wanted to become election candidates, resulting in other component parties becaming truly unhappy.
"Because of that, the direct membership of alliance was ended and terminated.
"But maybe the situation is slightly different or has changed, so the possibility is that we should consider the proposal," he told reporters after a visit to the Lotus headquarters in Hethel, Norfolk on Tuesday.
Why change of tune now Mahathir? By the way who is sponsoring your trips to Lotus plant, I suggest that MACC quickly invetigate the hidden hands making this possible for Mahathir!

Datin Seri Rosmah on Najib

Datin Seri Rosmah's interview in Hello Malaysia from Bernama news release:
Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, wife of the prime minister, has dismissed a notion that she is a hidden hand behind Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s decision-making process.
“I have not heard about it, but it is not something that I am sensitive of as it is not true. Maybe I am a bit vocal or gregarious... I like to have friends unlike Datuk Najib, who is a bit reserve.
“But it does not mean that since Datuk Najib is a reserve person, I am making the decisions... I am the type, who will voice out my dissatisfaction, but once said, it is done. I do not harbour feelings,” she said in an interview on Hello Malaysia over BernamaTV at Wisma Bernama here on Friday.
Rosmah said although Najib was a man of not many words, he should not be underestimated.
“I always tell others not to underestimate Datuk Najib, he is not easily angered but do not provoke him. If he is angry, there is no forgiveness for you.
“Datuk does not say much but he registered what is happening around him. If I made a mistake, he will reprimand me. If he stomp his feet, it will shudder me.
There you go Malaysian, now we know about our PM's character, don't make him angry, you'll never like him if he is angry!Sounds like the green man...well you know what I meant.

Isu 3 wanita Islam di sebat

I read the below article in Art Harun's blog and was laughing at this note!

"Shaikh Saleem is a law practitioner. He is sometimes perturbed that in Melaka, apparently, non-Muslims are prohibited from uttering his first name. He is now thinking of seeking damages from his parents for giving him a name which cannot be used, uttered, called upon or written by non-Muslims.
That was so funny!

The article by Shaik Saleem that appeared in Art Harun's blog.

a. Mengapa Menteri Dalam Negeri hanya mendedahkan hukuman tersebut selepas ianya dilaksanakan sedangkan ianya adalah pengetahuan umum bahawa terdapat keresahan berkenaan isu ini pada awal lagi apabila Kartika dijatuhkan hukuman sebat.

Why men are treated differently

The recent ruling to cane women for illicit sex made me wonder if the same rule applies to men? After all some men do this, don't they? The existence of brothel houses in Malaysia and the heaven in the neighbouring country and so forth do tempt some men to pay courtesy visits! Anyway this is what is stated in the Bible;

The Bible, in Deutoronomy specifically dictates:
22:21 But if this thing be true, and the tokens of virginity be not found for the unmarried woman.
22:22then they shall bring out the woman to the door of her father’s house, and the men of her city shall stone her with stones so that she will die...
Unfortunately, most fail to read just one verse later, which says:
23: If a man is found to be sleeping with another man's wife, then both the man, and the woman whom he was sleeping with should DIE!
So if it is true as the Bible prescribes the killing of a non-virgin wife and aduletry couple; I belief that there could be an equivalent in the Hadith as well. Maybe the Muslims brothers or sisters could enlighten me on this? If it is true then when will Jakim, Jais or whatever "IS' shall implement death sentence upon men. By the way it is word of "god" so failure to abide is akin going against god teaching!

First Malaysian Women Whipped

The STAR covered that three Muslim women were caned last Tuesday for engaging in illicit sex, They were the first women in Malaysia to receive such punishment under syariah law.Two of them where whipped six times and the third was given four strokes of the rotan at Kajang Prison.
Home Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein.Hishammuddin said he decided to bring to public attention the punishment meted to the three women because “People are saying that no woman has been caned before and that Kartika should not be caned.“Today I am announcing that we have already done it. There is no hidden agenda, we are merely executing our responsibility,” he told a press conference at his office yesterday.“They have all repented. They are also hoping that others will not go against the teachings of the religion,” adding that the sentence was meted out according to Islamic rules.
With this event it should put to rest whether the 32-year-old Kartika Sari Dewi Shukarno should be caned for drinking beer in July last year.I guess it is a new beginning for Syariah Law to be fully enforced in Malaysia specifically on Muslims. It is a good move in ensuring that the Muslims abide by Islamic Law in order to avoid severe shariah punishment.

Another job for Khairy

Dear Khairy,

You've got another mission to accomplish, the Americans are joining the Aussies to interfere with our judicial system and Malaysia needs you again after your wonderful job at the Australian Commission.

United States Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman John Kerry has added to calls for a fair trial for opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim who is now facing another sodomy charge.“I call on the government of Malaysia, and specifically on Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak, to ensure a fair and equitable resolution of the legal proceedings currently under way against former Deputy Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim,” Kerry said in a statement.
Who is this Kerry fella who wants to intefere with our issues...please lead a protest in front of the US Embassy.
This meassage will self destruct in 5 seconds, so hurry..hoi..cepat bacalah..tidurkah!

UMNO Youth Protest at Australian High Commission

Umno supporters have protested at what they perceive to be interference in Malaysian affairs by a group of Australian MPs. Mind your own business, Aussie MPs: Umno Youth leader Khairy Jamaluddin addresses a crowd this morning. Khairy later handed over a protest note to Penny Williams, the Australian High Commissioner to Malaysia.
Among those in the gathering were Umno Youth deputy leader Razali Ibrahim.Well done Khairy now you are behaving like an UMNO Youth President.

I personally think that this is a good move, what does Australia got to do with Malaysia or its court cases. They should have not interfered with our courts proceedings.By the way where are the FRU, Water Canon and also "Not Our Culture" remarks by our leaders and why is that this demonstration is initiated by UMNO? My head is spinning right now with all these questions!

Ushering the new school term ala 1Malaysia style

I received this letter from my friend on how she feels about our education system!

My friend was shocked when her daughter revealed that her school had two timetables for her and her classmates - one for the Muslims and the other for the non-Muslims. Is this 1Malaysia, she wonders.

"A lot has been spoken and written about our much-touted 1Malaysia concept. However much I have tried to be objective about the nobility of 1Malaysia, circumstances and happenings around me just add to my cynicism.I was greeted by a truly 1Malaysia school time-table at my daughter’s primary school in the first week of January 2010. Revered as a controlled primary school on Penang island, the school has a time-table for “Muslim students” and “non-Muslim students”, much to my disgust.

After analysing the time-table, I realised that the Muslim students get to learn the Arabic language whereas the non-Muslim students do not have the option of learning an additional language (neither Mandarin nor Tamil). Therefore, the non-Muslim students have an hour less of school time than the Muslim students in a week. At the tender age of eight, my daughter is already faced with inequality and unfair treatment in the name of 1Malaysia.It truly irks me how hypocritical this 1Malaysia concept is. Unity starts with the young. But our national schools are a crying shame when it comes to promoting unity and equality. This really is a reflection of the total failure of our national education system. We cannot depend on the schools to teach or instil any good and enduring values in our younger generation. We will have to put our children on the right path, inculcate good values, teach them to differentiate right from wrong and most importantly, not be trapped in this web of deceit under the 1Malaysia banner."

I understand fully what the 1 Malaysia concept is all about; 1Malaysia with two system! Malaysia Boleh.

Malaysian Billionaires

It was recently published in the Malaysian Business survey has revealed 22 new billionaires in Malaysia as of Jan 15 – eight more than last year.Among them are Datuk Seri Nazir Razak of CIMB Group, Lee Swee Eng of KNM Group, brothers Datuk Shahril Shamsuddin and Shahriman Shamsuddin of Sapura, and OSK Holdings’ Ong Leong Huat.

1) Tan Sri Robert Kuok, the Kuok Group still tops the list with a wealth of RM42.76 billion.
2) Ananda Krishnan ranked second, clocking in at RM27 billion.
3) IOI Corporation Bhd’s Tan Sri Lee Shin Chen was third with a wealth of RM11.92 billion

Wow what an achievement when the rest of Malaysians are suffering due to inflation and rise in cost of living, Malaysia have created 22 new billionaires!Wonder if this is "Satu Lagi Project Kerajaan Barisan Nasional"( another BN government project)?

BN Political Secretary's RM 2 Million Scandal

Malaysiakini today reported that Hasbie Satar, the political secretary to Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Nor Mohamed Yakcop, has resigned from his post effective yesterday.Hasbie is believed to be the RM2 million man being investigated by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).On Thursday, MACC has detained a political secretary to a senior minister after a raid which found bundles of RM5, RM10, RM50 and RM100 at an apartment in Teluk Air Tawar, Butterworth. The 30-something political secretary had been under MACC investigation for amassing millions of ringgit in properties including at least four luxury cars and four houses in the Klang Valley.
Wow..if a political secretary could have RM 2 Million in cash wonder how much their bosses would have? Malaysia Boleh! Did you also hear that Mahathir's son and Najib's brother are among the top 40 wealthiest man in Malaysia?

The gone and going

Did you all know that in Malaysia millions of ringgit were spent on numerous projects but most of the invested items are non functional or usable.
Case1: The Malaysia's first submarine, a European-made Scorpene delivered last September, has developed problems that make it unfit for diving. This was depicted by the Defence Minister Zahid Hamidi. If that were to happen in the US or Europe the minster would have stepped down but this are not US or Europe. He further said that "The submarine can still dive but when we detected the defects, we were advised that it should not dive," The (parts found with) defects are still under warranty so the supplier and contractor are repairing them,” The opposition claimed that some 540-million-ringgit commission was paid to Abdul Razak Baginda, who is a close associate of Prime Minister Najib Razak in brokering the contract but Najib denied there was any corruption in the deal, which was made when he was defence minister.
Case 2: A hoard of 60 £25,000 Foggy-Petronas FP1 road bikes in a bunker in Essex.
Carl Fogarty – race team manager and figurehead of the ill-fated FP1 project – said when told the news: “You’re joking – that’s amazing!” It had been thought – and stated by the team – that the bikes were shipped to Malaysia five years ago and disposed of. But in fact virtually all the bikes initially produced to homologate the FP1 for WSB racing are still on UK soil. The collection – worth around £2m – is held in a state of suspended animation awaiting, with the bikes’ owner – Malaysian oil giant Petronas – keen to draw a veil over the whole episode. The firm burned £30m on a WSB program that was intended to kick-start a Ducati-sized bike manufacturing business in Malaysia, but in fact petered out with a 21st place championship finish in 2006. Who is responsible and who will be brought to justice? No one knows.
Do you think these are the only cases, how about the PKFZ scandal, Khir Toyo’s million dollar trips to Disneyland and his mansion, the double railway track scandal and many more? I guess all these are only possible in Malaysia!

Nasir Safar a fighter

I read that there are supporters for Nasir Safar with some 100 people gathered to support him and another MP defended his behaviour!
Ibrahim Ali was quoted in The Malaysian Insider report today.“I understand why Nasir said that, I can symphatise with him, I want to say the same things but I have to control myself, I am more mature now,” said Ibrahim.
Ibrahim also said, “Maybe Nasir is still young, perhaps he has been reading some offensive blog postings, and Facebook messages which resulted in his outburst."
"People like Nasir are fighters so maybe he felt he had to say it"
Well if this is a funny script then I am not sure what is? this joker is a MP for crying out loud...kan dia masuk pintu belakang..what I meant was that he stood under PAS and screw their as@@s by becoming BN friendly. So now Nasir, Ahmad Ismail are Nationalist and fighters and they feel a strong desire for nationalism to speak for the poor and oppressed. I wonder who they are representing?
Anyway this is the kind of leaders who will be in the history book that our children and grandchildren will be reading about!

RPK History Lesson

I read this article by Raja Petra Kamaruddin in Malaysia Today and its so funny that I nearly fell off my chair.

Raja Petra Kamaruddin.

Now a new controversy has erupted. And it’s about the statement that the Indians came here as beggars and the Chinese as prostitutes. Actually, if you were to really study Malayan and Malaysian history over the last 500 years or so, you will find that this country’s history is not just about beggars and prostitutes. It is about much more than that.
Malayan history has to be dissected into many periods. And each of these periods saw immigration involving almost all the races in Malaysia, save the Orang Asli (the Original People). In New Zealand, these Orang Asli would be the Maoris and in Australia the Aborigines. Therefore, anyone who is neither a Maori nor an Aborigine is a ‘pendatang’ or immigrant.
The Arabs and the Indians (Muslims from Gujarat) came to Malaya more than 500 years ago as traders and merchants. These were the people who brought Islam to this country. At that time, the locals were mostly Hindus while those from Negeri Sembilan were Buddhists, plus many who worshipped trees, the sea, rivers, mountains and whatnot. The coming of the Arab and Indian merchants exposed the locals to Islam.
In those days, the people followed their Rulers. Therefore, when the Rulers converted to Islam the people followed -- although they may not have believed in Islam or understood the religion. In fact, many till today still do not understand Islam after more than 500 years.
Then along came the Chinese and many were actually Muslims as well. Islam first reached China around 100 years after Prophet Muhammad. This means Islam had ‘migrated’ to China about 1,300 to 1,400 years ago, 800 to 900 years earlier than Islam in Malaysia. Of course, in the northern states bordering Thailand it was earlier than that. (Refer to the Batu Bersurat discovered in Kuala Berang in Terengganu).
Is it not ironical that Malays call Chinese Muslims ‘mualaf’ when the Chinese were Muslims almost 1,000 years before the Malays even heard of Islam?
Anyway it is along article if you are interested pls go to:

Najib's 1 Malaysia sabotaged by his own people

Malaysiakini wrote,Nasir Safar, the special officer to Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak, stirred a hornet's nest with his stinging 'racist' remarks.he was alleged to have made the remarks during a seminar titled 'Rapat 1Malaysia' in Malacca.
According to a source who attended the meeting, Nasir Safar had ruffled feathers when he labelled the Indians and Chinese in this country as 'pendatang' or immigrants."He was saying that the Indians and Chinese came here as immigrants and are now enjoying life in this country. "He also remarked that the Chinese, especially the women, come here to 'jual tubuh' (flesh trade)," added the source who requested anonymity.
Wow what a brave soul this Nasir guy is and most likely he'll be hailed as a nationalist by some quarters just like Ahmad Ismail of Penang. It looks like Najib is on course with his 1 Malaysia concept. I truly feel sorry for Najib as he is trying his level best to bring this nation together but somehow these little Napoleons are raining in his party!I feel for you PM.
